ME Bank cannot access app or web for account. contacted customer service - no ETA for rectification, and if not fixed today will not be done tomorrow as they are closed!!!! so customers with no access to their accounts or funds. Oh and customer service can not access customers accounts to transfer between ME accounts so that you can access your funds with your bank card - there system is down too. no customer assistance at all
